Nancy hit two homers and drove in five runs. Jenner, who was battling a cold, hit a homer and a triple and also drove in five runs. All four of those hits burned the opposing outfielders and were not a product of the errorless Eichten scoring system. Amy made the defensive play of the game with a nice running catch in right centerfield.
MPR came from behind to beat Pino’s Pizza 22 to 18. Our season record is now 5-1-2.
Early season Wick candidate: #13 who twice screamed as he ran to a base where a play was being made on him, pinch ran when he wasn’t the last male out and didn’t shake hands after the game.

He actually screamed at least three times. Nice to get a serious Wick candidate on the ballot early in the season.

Clearly Nancy and Jenner have a lot of potential. Hope they live up to it as the season progresses!
