22-21

Ten years and counting. “Perennial Powerhouse MPR” fails to win a championship
in its rain-plagued anniversary season but does tie for third in the co-rec
league (9-3) and finish second in the Goodwill tournament. (Overall record:14-9.) The Men’s team, led by double play king Kevin Morrison, overcomes a
dismal regular season (2-8) to finish second in the Rice Street Festival. Worth
Noting: Old Farts extend their streak with a sweep. The Stooge Game debuts. The
WICK is born: a STRIB jerk wins in a walk. The group substitution system dies.
Team Bugaboo: walks. Team Motto: “We need new blood.” Team Question: How much
is the cheeseburger today?
